About Jeff

Jeff Oien began his real estate career in 1983 at the age of 18. Since that time he has closed over 1,600 sales. He is consistently one of the top producing agents in the Santa Barbara Multiple Listing Service.
He specializes in Estate, Probate, Trust and Conservatorship sales and helping clients downsize.
He holds the National Association of Realtors designations for Commitment 2 Excellence, At Home With Diversity, and is a member of the Seniors Real Estate Specialists. And holds the California Association of Realtors Certified Probate & Trust specialist.
When Jeff market's a home for a client, he is very 'hands on". Helping with cleaning, staging, the sale of personal property, furniture and automobiles, hauling debris to the county dump and removing all paints and pesticide safely disposing of them at the UCSB Toxic Waste collection center.
